Refund Policy

- All lottery ticket sales are final.
- Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- This policy applies to digital (online) lottery tickets.
- By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Exceptions (Possible Refund Scenarios)
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- ✅ Technical Errors – Duplicate charge or ticket purchase failure due to a system error (proof required).
- ✅ Undelivered Tickets – Ticket not received due to a company error.
- ✅ Fraudulent Transactions – Unauthorized purchases reported immediately.
Note: Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion and require verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions:

- No cash refunds – Only electronic refunds will be processed for security reasons.
5. Unclaimed Prizes & Cancelled Draws
- If a lottery draw is canceled or postponed, refunds will be processed automatically.
- Expired or unclaimed tickets are non-refundable (subject to local regulations).
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal action.
- Please contact us first before initiating disputes with your bank or payment provider.
